myCompass by the Black Dog Institute

Consumers can list behaviours that aren’t working for them. The program will keep track of them and highlight potential triggers.

Also shows a graph in self-monitoring which can show changes in mood over time. Sends messages regularly to remind the user to stay on-track.

Designed for mild to moderate anxiety and depression.

Can print out graphs and take it to a clinician to show them what’s going on.

Has a “mood monitoring” system that you can plot against lifestyle changes including physical activity, healthy eating, drinking habits, etc.
